  • We dispatch OR contact you if there is a problem within 24hours of receiving an order except those made on the weekend. These orders are dealt with 8AM Monday (GMT+12)
  • You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched. If you selected a TRACKED shipping method this email will contain your tracking number.
  • Please double check your shipping address before you submit an order as often our shipping team will fill orders in real time & there won’t be a chance to amend this.

UNTRACKED SHIPPING – PLEASE READ

We fully endorse our untracked service as a relatively quick & extremely economical shipping method for small orders. Our success rate with shipping international orders via Priority Airmail is over 99+% with many orders thus far!

A common problem that results in a package not arriving is incorrect or incomplete address information. Without a tracking number this results in the package being returned to sender – often this can take 4 – 6 weeks.

If your order was legitimately unable to be delivered it will be returned to sender then we will contact you for a new shipping address. We will then reship your order for free.

The reason we can’t offer any sort of reship on a missing package until we receive the return-to-sender is because as we have grown we are getting more & more fraudulent “missing package” emails. Our margins aren’t outrageous & when this happens it really stings.

Our recommendation is to spend the small amount extra on tracked shipping for any large order while the untracked option remains very economical and suitable for smaller orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country. 

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
